Veronika Mavrikova was born in Russia, but has made Bulgaria her home for more than four decades. She has a deep connection to art and handcrafting. She has a degree in pedagogy and possesses an exceptional eye for detail, patience, and a drive for perfection.
For over 30 years, she has dedicated herself to the creation of tapestries, an art that requires finesse, precision and time. Her works impress with harmony, precision and a personal artistic touch, developing her sensitivity to form, color and composition.
About ten years ago, she discovered a new creative direction - wool felting. Through this technique, she takes her experience to a new dimension and creates designer clothes that combine functionality and artistry. Each garment is unique and inspired by natural shapes, textures and the freedom of the creative process.
